ASTEP GLOBAL is a CO2e reduction app, built with AI design & AI/LLM logic as part of the solution. The purpose is for users to join the fight against climate change & contribute to minimising emissions in their daily lives. I helped design the app and the website.

I co-founded MANEXA, designed and built the e-commerce website, produced all product photography and created MANEXA's social media channels.

Who am I?
Hi, I’m Frida - a UX Designer passionate about creative expression, technology, and understanding people’s perspectives. My curiosity has taken me from navigating the jungles of Costa Rica to working at a vineyard in Italy, and travelling solo through Africa.
Why UX Design?
My design journey started early, when I founded my own web design business, Uniqt Design, at 16. Since then, I’ve explored UX design, marketing, and entrepreneurship, combining creative thinking with a strong understanding of people and their needs. I enjoy collaborating across disciplines to turn complex challenges into meaningful, user-centred experiences. Curiosity and empathy are at the heart of how I approach design.
Why AI & Sustainability?
I’m particularly interested in the intersection of AI, design, and sustainability. I believe thoughtfully designed technology can create meaningful change - from making complex information more accessible to helping people make more sustainable choices. My goal is to create digital experiences that are innovative, useful, and mindful of our future.
